Zaperon is dedicated to delivering high standards of quality and service. Zaperon was started by two Georgetown University business school friends Sachin Aggarwal and Vineet Gupta. Their startup journey started with a discussion around online frauds. Both of their families were victims of online frauds where they lost lot of money. They decided to solve this problem and developed fraud detection technology and created an android app to protect people from phishing websites, fraud SMS, UPI frauds, etc. They also partnered with an insurance provider to reimburse lost money to the victims. They wanted to bring this anti-phishing technology to enterprises and spoke to several security experts and CISOs. Their research led to realization that enterprise data breach is a widespread problem and over 80% of data breaches involve use of stolen employee credentials. To address this problem, they develop Zaperon which is their own technology that makes access to applications passwordless and enable complete zero trust architecture in the organization.
